[Photo: the-star.co.ke]Directorate of Criminal Investigations has summoned the Homa Bay Woman Representative Gladys Wanga over offensive conduct.Setim Kandie, of the DCI’s Serious Crimes Unit served the directive on the ODM legislator on Tuesday.Wanga is expected to appear at the DCI's office on Thursday at 10.00am to assist the police with investigations.According to police, the investigations touch on breach of peace.The vocal lawmaker had earlier skipped a summon by the National Cohesion and Integration Commission (NCIC) after she was alleged to have made claims touching on the public conduct of President Uhuru Kenyatta.Wanga maintained she would not appear before commission if the name of the complainant and the crime she is purported to have committed is not revealed to her.Her decision not to appear before Francis Ole Kaparo led commission was backed by several opposition Mps lead by Rarieda legislator Otiende Amollo and John Mbadi of Suba South.
