[Photo/Nabiswa.com].Satellite images around Caledonia Estate have revealed that President Uhuru Kenyatta's Sh700 million home next to State House is almost ready for occupancy.The president and his family left the house at the beginning of 2015 to give room for major renovations but he later decided to demolish and rebuild the historic house where his late father once lived in.Apparently, Uhuru is keen to make sure the house id finished before end of June, so that he can host large private delegations with little scrutiny.The multi-million home will have a large lounge to accommodate many guests that visit him privately, it will also be a state-of-the-art residence with formidable barriers and latest technology.As for security the residence will boost of a concrete wall, high-tech electric fence, bulletproof windows and high tech alarm system with 24-hours GSU protection.The presidential home according to google images will have a driveway with mini roundabout that welcomes you to the main building which has two wings, right wing hosts a swimming pool while left wing has an unmarked helipad on the roof.There is an added lane for public use while a clear road into the residence is guarded by GSU 24hr.The interior of the house is yet unknown but indications are that all fixtures and furnishing are imported and according to the Star, there is a spacious basement, lower level parking area, offices and kitchen.Earlier, State House Spokesman Manoah Esipisu said, the renovations were not funded by government but by the president himself.
