NASA has often dismissed the victory of Uhuru Kenyatta's in the repeat presidential election held on October 26.
This is after Raila Odinga and his deputy pulled out of the repeat poll.
During a campaign rally in Kibra, Senator James Orengo, Raila's wingman, said they will also swear in Raila as 'president'.
But speaking at the prencipts of parliament, Jubilee MPs said NASA can go ahead and swear in Raila because such a move would be useless as it is not anchored in law.
"They can go ahead and swear in Raila, but the question is he will be sworn in as who? Such a move would be useless and not supported by law," Molo MP Kuria Kimani said.
The move was also dismissed by Gilgil MP Martha Wangari.
