Waluke who spoke in Parliament on Wednesday said he will not face the ODM Disciplinary Committee as directed to explain why he ditched the party.

He is among elected ODM leaders who the party's National Governing Council expelled two weeks ago for going against party principles.

"I am in Jubilee to stay," he said.

"I am ready for a by-election and I am telling ODM leader Raila Odinga to bring it on."

If Political Parties Registrar Lucy Ndung'u deregisters him as an ODM member, as requested by the party in a recent letter, the lawmaker will have to return to the constituency to seek for a fresh mandate.

He was expelled alongside Kwale Governor Salim Mvurya, Budalang'i MP Ababu Namwamba, Nakuru Town West's Samuel Arama, Mathare's Stephen Kariuki and Tigania East MP Mpuri Aburi.

They had been given two weeks to explain reason for their departure in the party lest they get expelled.

Waluke has of recent become too close to Deputy President William Ruto.
