Nakuru County First Lady Lucia Mbugua has urged Elburgon residents to embrace health services like family planning.

Speaking on Wednesday at Kasarani slum in Elburgon, during the launch of Kinuthia Mbugua medical camp in the area,  the governor's wife said there is need for a society to embrace health services.

She donated sanitary towels to girls in the slum.

She urged residents to avail themselves to the Centre for cancer screening [cervical cancer] for women and Brest cancer for both women and men.

She also encouraged residents to make sure they take HIV tests and know their status to lead better and sure lives. Mrs Mbugua was accompanied by County Health officials.
