Chemelil goalie John Waw in past match.(supersport.com)Kenya Premier League side Chemelil Sugar will be without their first choice shot stopper John Waw after the goalkeeper revealed that he will not be renewing his contract which expires this December.Waw who made 10 appearances for the sugar millers this season after a near career threatening injury he sustained in December 2016 said he is focusing on a new challenge ahead of the 2018 season."I want to thank Chemelil Sugar management,the technical bench and fellow players for the opportunity and great time we had together ,but I will not be renewing my contract.It is time to look elsewhere for new challenge", Waw told Goal.com."I worked hard to come back even stronger after undergoing a knee surgery last December.This was made possible by my colleagues at Chemelil and for that reason am grateful to them", he added.The former Mathare United and Kakamega Homeboyz goalie also revealed that there are two teams who have expressed an interest in signing him but was however hesitant to divulge their identities.
