Gor Mahia captain Musa Mohammed is on his way out of the club.

Mohammed is headed to Albania to feature for FK Tirana after the expiry of his contract with the Kenya Premier League (KPL) champions on December 31 last year.

The central defender boasts of skippering Gor Mahia and the Kenya national team Harambee Stars to KPL and Cecafa Senior Challenge Cup wins respectively in 2017.

At Tirana, he will re-unite with his former boss Jose Ze Maria Fereira.

According to reports from the Albanian side, Musa has already reached an agreement with them and will complete the move this January. The club is reportedly closing in on Gor Mahia midfielder Kenneth Muguna.

"The Bardheblu club has secured Kenneth Muguna's services. They have also reached an agreement with Musa Muhammad, the Captain of the Kenyans, whose contract expires right now," said reports from Albania.
