Gor Mahia FC have landed in Tanzania in readiness for a match against English Premier League side Everton FC.

The new Gor Mahia coach Dylan Kerr has assured his charges will deliver, saying he will make very minimal changes in the regular team.

“I want to assure each player that his number in the team is assured. There is no need to panic,” he said.

He leads a strong side of 25 players with nine officials into Tanzania to face the Britons.

The match will officially kick off Everton’s pre-season build-up ahead of their league that starts next month.

“Gor Mahia is a good team and we expect to learn a lot from the historic match. This is good exposure for the boys.

“I have confidence in my technical bench as we expect to learn from each other," added Kerr.
