Kenyan Premier League (KPL) champions, Gor Mahia are about to land the signature of Ivory Coast striker Ephram Guikan ahead of the 2018 season.

The AS Port-Louis striker is currently in the country for final talks and was in Kisumu during their trophy presentation at the Moi Stadium.

Gor Mahia CEO Lordvick Aduda has confirmed the club's interest in his services and said they will complete everything in the next few days.

"Yes he's a player we are interested in. He's a good striker and I think we are going to sign him soon. Nothing is complete yet but we hope to finalise everything in the next few days," said as reported by Futaa.

Tusker FC remembers Guikan after he helped dump the brewers out of the CAF champions at the beginning of this year.

He scored in their one-all draw in Nairobi before netting twice in the return fixture at home in Mauritius.
