Kenya Premier League giants Gor Mahia are purring ahead of the 2018 CAF Champions League.
Kogalo's CEO Lodvick Omondi Aduda has expressed hope in his team and believes they will be giving other sides a run for their money.
"Gor Mahia will be in the CAF Champions League to compete and never as participants. We are putting all arrangements in order that when CAF will request that we send them the necessary details to Cairo we will be in a position to," he said as quoted by Futaa.
"Our team has the depth to compete. Most of our players are regulars in their national teams and that is proof that they are good enough to challenge. Karim Nizigiyimana is the captain of Burundi same as Jacques Tuyisenge of Rwanda. Godfrey Walusimbi is a dependable left back for Uganda and that shows we have the quality. Meddie Kagere is good too in his own right," he added.
