Kenya Premier League leaders Gor Mahia have been punished for fan violence.
The Independent Disciplinary and Complaints Committee (IDCC) fined Gor Mahia Sh200,000 for hooliganism by their fans when they played Ulinzi Stars on June 2 at the Moi Stadium.
In the match, fans disrupted the game by throwing cans and stones into the field in what caused a 15-minute pause.
Fans were expressing their anger after Ulinzi's Stephen Waruru scored the equaliser to level matters at 2-2.
The committee said that according to Rule 3.4(a) of the Rules of Kenyan football, Kogalo had the sole responsibility of controlling their own fans.
They have 30 days to pay the fine.
