Ochieng scored Gor's second goal from a Francis Kahata assist in the 69th minute.
The defender says the important goal was a special appreciation to his mother for being his life teacher.
"I dedicate today's goal and assist to my dear mother. She's turned 50 today and I am grateful for everything she's taught me over the years," he said as quoted by Futaa.
"A happy birthday to a strong lady. May you age with grace. Here's to many more years of your love and support," Ochieng added.
