With the Kenya Premier League (KPL) title firmly in his grip, Gor Mahia coach Dylan Kerr is now hoping to replicate his title winning formula to the continental scene when Kogallo will be taking part in the Caf championship in January 2018.

Speaking to a sports website on Thursday, the Englishman said that his main focus would now be on how to inspire the 16 times Kenyan champions to continental success,a stage where the team has always foundered, continuously exiting in the preliminaries.

"We dont just want to dominate in Kenya,we want to compete in Africa and win accolades at that level too", Kerr told the official KPL website.

The former Azam tactician also reiterated gis commitment to the club saying that he is in Gor to stay.

He added that the hopes to bolster the squad ahead of the 2018 season with at least five new signings which he has since identified and is only waiting for the club to swing into action and have them come on board.

Among the players that have so far  been linked with a move to the league champions include Ulinzi Stars striker Sammy Onyango and Ivorian ace Ephran Guikan.
