Reknown gospel artiste Eunice Njeri is now off the dating market.
She got engaged to fellow gospel artist Isaac Busaka who is based in the United States.
Ms Njeri, known for her hit songs; Uka, Umeniweza, Bwana Yesu among others got engaged to the long-time boyfriend who has also for long charmed many with his gospel music.
Njeri took to social media to break the news showing off her engagement ring and thanking God for the special gift.
Njeri, 33, made her engagement announcement on Instagram on Sunday, posting a picture of the huge ring on her finger.
The gospel couple had all along kept their relationship under wraps and their engagement announcement via Instagram was a surprise to most of their fans.
It is said the two have been going out for a while with Njeri taking occasional trips to the US to see her boyfriend.
Busaka, also known as Isaac Izzo began singing while in high school.
He is well known for popular hits like 'Press On' where he featured Holy Dave and his latest single 'Nikujue Zaidi' featuring Benachi.
His mother, Minister Esperance Muderhwa Dorcas, raised him and his six siblings by herself, after his father died when he was six.
Although his life wasn’t easy while growing up in Nairobi, he never hesitates to praise God and his mother who played an instrumental role in his and his family’s survival.
The two have not yet come out to disclose any plans for the future.
They have also not spoken about their engagement but through their social media it is clear that they are happy.
On whether they will give their fans the privilege to witness their wedding here in Kenya or in the US, only time will tell.
