Details emerging intimate that the government has beefed up opposition chief Raila Odinga's security.
To be precise, the source said, the government has redeployed fully the security of Raila.
Raila will now enjoy a convoy of three high end cars with state security.
This new developement might spin pundits into questions on whether the Friday meeting was but the start of negotiations for a Nusu Mukate government.
"There is more than meets the eye. If you read the statement issued by our party leader together with Raila, you will not that the two have been referred as His Excellency Raila and His Excellency Uhuru. The devil is in the details," a Jubilee MP from Nakuru said.
The MP, who preferred anonymity since they were whipped not to talk to media without permission from their party leaders, said they will have to wait and see what unfolds but they are concerned over the isolation of Deputy President in the deal.
"Ruto remains our man, he supported Uhuru with all his heart when Raila wanted to pin him (Uhuru) down. We will not allow any games with 2022," the first time MP said.
