On Thursday, National Super Alliance presidential candidate Raila Odinga claimed that his running mate Kalonzo Musyoka was temporarily blocked from leaving the country.
However, in a quick rejoinder, spokesman Eric Kiraithe dismissed the claims made by Odinga.
Kiraithe termed the claims as manufactured.
Earlier in the day, the NASA leader stated that Musyoka was blocked while heading for graduation ceremony at Uganda Technology and Management University.
Musyoka was accompanied by co-principal Moses Wetangula,
Raila in a statement to newsrooms condemned the move.
He said it is indicative of a serious decline of the political situation in the country.
Odinga further claimed that he cannot leave the country directly untill he gets orders from State House.
