This comes after the chairman for the council of governors Peter Munya announced that doctors will not be paid for the 100days they were on strike. 

The Principal Secretary for health Nicholas Muraguri also announced that the government will be bringing in 500 expatriate doctors from Tanzania.

Speaking during a church service in Nairobi on Sunday, Sapit said that the timing of the doctors resuming work and the move to bring in expatriate doctors from Tanzania was questionable.

The doctors signed the back to work formula two weeks ago.
