Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) boss Ndegwa Muhoro has responded to claims by businessman Jummy Wanjigi that his life is in danger.

According to Muhoro, the claims by Wanjingi are false.

Wanjigi said he has written to Inspector General of Police Joseph Boinnet to report that some unknown people were trailing him.

“The claims are strange. No such reports have been made to anybody or any station,” he said.

Muhoro’s statement contradicts Wanjigi’s claim that he reported the matter at Gigiri Police Station on September 10 under OB number 14/10/9/2.

Wanjigi had called on Boinnet to provide him with security.
