The national government has set resources in aid of constructing technical institutes in Kisii county.
According to the Deputy President William Ruto, the construction of the technical school in all counties will help youths to have the skill which will help them.
Ruto who was speaking on Sunday at Nyamache during the fundraising in aid of supporting Bodaboda operators in Bobasi constituency.
The DP said that the national government has put up all measures in constructing technical institutions in Kisii region.
“As the national government we have set up some measures and resources in aid of constructing technical institutions in all counties and Kisii will also benefit from the project,” said Ruto.
He added that they have identified the places where the technical schools will be constructed as he said that Kitutu Chache North and Bonchari constituencies will as well benefit among other constituencies.
In addition, he said the construction of such institutions will enable youths to learn more skills which will improve their living standards.
“Through the construction of these institutions we will equip our youths with more skills,” added Deputy Ruto.
He also advised parents to make sure that they take their children to school as one way of improving the education standards.
