Inspector of Police Joseph Boinnett hs said that crackdown on opposition leaders is set to continue.

Since last week, the government has been arresting NASA MPs over their role in the swearing-in of NASA leader Raila Odinga.

Speaking on Friday, Boinnet said that anybody who breaks the law will be punished.

."You break the law. You face consequences," said Boinnet.

The police boss further added he has not violated the law and constitutional rights of the politicians.

So far, Ruaraka MP TJ Kajwang, and his Makadara MP George Aladwa have been arrested in connection with the event.

On Wednesday, the government deported lawyer Miguna Miguna to Canada over allegations of being in the country illegally.
