Anglican Church of Kenya Archbishop Jackson Ole Sapit has backed the ongoing security operation in Kerio valley.

Speaking at a thanksgiving ceremony in Aldai Girls High School in Nandi County, Ole Sapit supported government’s move toseize  illegal firearms in possesion of nabits.

He however, urged the government to conduct the operation with caution considering that residents of the area have already suffered from banditry for a long time.

Ole Sapit further asked the government to take care of persons displaced by the operation.
