Youth and Gender Affairs Cabinet Secretary Sicily Kariuki has formed a committee that will oversee the Kenya Youth Employment and Opportunities project.

The project will be funded by the World Bank.

Kariuki said that the program targets about 280, 000 people aged between 18 and 35 years old.

The committee will be headed by the CS and various Principal Secretaries and a host of stakeholders in charge of youth affairs.
