A Governor has elicited mixed reactions after he banned female stuff from wearing miniskirts and trousers

West Pokot Governor John Lonyangapuo said all female stuff should dress decently,  devoid of short tight skirts and trousers.

Men working at the county were also put on notice that their official dress code will be suit and tie.
