Mandera Governor Ali Roba has called upon county workers and administrators to strictly observe employee code of conduct and ethics.
This is to improve quality of service delivery.
This is after he held a meeting with the county executives, chief officers, directors and sub-county administrators at Mandera headquarters.
He called upon heads of various ministries and departments to deliver services to the residents regardless of their political stands.
“I urge you all to deliver services to residents impartially, regardless of their political stands even as we near the electioneering period,” said Roba.
