Nakuru County is a hub of innovation and a hot bed of different investor opportunities, Governor Kinuthia Mbugua has said.
According to Mbugua, Nakuru was saturated with a host of untapped opportunities that if well utilised will ensure the county achieves its dream of becoming an investment hub in the region.
Speaking in Naivasha on Friday while officiating the opening of new five-star Sunny Hill Resort, the governor assured potential investors of his government's support saying that his administration never underestimates the contribution of external private partners.
"My government assures all investors of security because we want to work with like-minded groups and individuals in utilising the available resources for the purposes of improving the livelihoods of our people," he said.
The new hotel has been touted to help solve accommodation issues for senior government officials especially after Nakuru County was earmarked as a destination for high profile national functions.
