Mombasa County Governor, Ali Hassan Joho, has six County Executive Committee membes (CeCs), to his cabinet.Joho has forwarded the names to the County Assembly for approval and vetting before they are officially appointed to their positions.The names include: 1. Taufiq Muhamed Balala, to head the Department of Transport, Infrastructure and Public Works.2. Kevin Munywoki Kyalo, to the Youth, Gender and Cultural Affairs Department.3. Dr Godfrey Nyongesa Nato, to the Environment, Waste Management and and Energy Department.4. Edward Nzilla Nyale, in charge of Lands, Planning and Housing Department.5. Hazel Koitaba, incharge of Health Department.6. Fatma Awele, who has been nominated to the Water, Sanitation and Natural Resources Department.In a letter dated September 22nd, to the County Assembly Clerk and copied to the Secretary of the County Public Service Board, Governor Joho retained Balala, Awale, and Koitaba, with County director of communication Richard Chacha, confirming that the County boss would fill the remaining positions later.
