[Photo|William Kingi]Mombasa Governor Ali Hassan Joho and a section of the county government staff surprised Deputy Governor Dr William Kingi, as he celebrated his birthday on Friday, January 5."This is probably the best birthday surprise I have had in a life time," said the deputy governor who could not hide his joy.He thanked Joho and the rest of the staff for taking efforts in putting a smile on his face."You've made me realize that getting older isn’t so bad when you have a great team behind you. I am grateful for your kindness."Even as I celebrated, Kingi reassured the people of Mombasa, of the county government's commitment in delivering their promises.
