[Photo|William Kingi]On behalf of Governor Hassan Ali Joho, Mombasa Deputy Governor Dr William Kingi has hailed MCAs in the county, after they approved Peoples' Assembly Bill.On Wednesday afternoon Kingi graced a special sitting of the County Assembly of Mombasa to listen in as they debated the Bill."I unreservedly, appreciate all the MCAs for standing by our ideals which are anchored on justice, freedom and sovereignty of the people."He said the county lawmakers demonstrated to the chain of loutish politicians from the Coast region and nation at large that NASA coalition's demand for electoral justice is not negotiable."It may take time but ultimately the will of the people shall reign and reign supreme it will," he said.Mombasa County becomes 11th to pass the motion.
