They discussed the county's development agenda, as they pledged to support and continue working with him as the next governor.

"We are building on the achievements that we have made as a County government in our first term in office and will continue to unite all Kilifians without abandoning any community in our development agenda," he said.

He noted Kilifi County was a home for each and every one, as he re-affirmed his commitment to continue forging forward to a united Kilifi.

"I urge our leaders and Kenyans at large to continue preaching the message of unity, togetherness and brotherhood among all communities. This is what the NASA government under Rt. Hon Raila Amolo Odinga is advocating for; to ensuring the rights of every Kenyan are protected as stipulated in our constitution," he said.
