Governor Lee Kinyanjui has official appointed Beatrice Obwocha as his director of communication.
Obwocha was an employee of Nation Media Group where she worked as a sub-editor.
According to several people at NMG, Obwocha is a respectable lady with the gift of the pen and a soft voice that 'can win you'.
Before she landed at the giant media house at Nation Centre, she worked at the Standard Group as a reporter and sub-editorBefore hanging her boots at NMG, the maverick scribe was also a sub-editor of Sunday's Buzz Magazine.
Obwocha was however, well thrust to the limelight during her coverage for road safety.
