(Photo/kenyatoday.co.ke)Garissa Governor Ali Bunow Korane has warned NASA leaders against fighting president Uhuru Kenyatta's government.Korane wants NASA leaders to give president Kenyatta's government time to serve Kenyans.Speaking to journalists in Garissa Town on Tuesday after officiating the Jamhuri day celebrations, Korane said that Uhuru is the choice Kenyans made for a president and he must be given due respect he deserves.The Jubilee governor accused NASA of plotting to derail Uhuru's development agenda through unending politics."NASA leaders should stop fighting Uhuru's government and understand that he is the president duly elected by Kenyans," he said.Korane said NASA leader Raila Odinga is disrespecting himself by continuously failing to accept the outcome of presidential election."Raila has never been satisfied with presidential election results even where he has lost fairly and this continues to taint his legacy as a democracy fighter," he said.Korane also dismissed calls for dialogue between Uhuru and Raila, saying that there is nothing for the two to talk about.He said that Kenyans made their choice by electing Uhuru and that NASA should respect the constitution by pushing for illegal swearing-in.The Jubilee governor asked president Kenyatta to be firm and avoid Raila's destructions.He said that the country cannot be dragged into unending election issues because of the selfish interests of few politicians.Korane urged Kenyans to stand with Uhuru Kenyatta and protect the constitution from people who want to tear it apart.
