Uasin Gishu Governor Jackson Mandago has warned individuals who have encroached public utilities that their days are numbered.
He said he will deal with them ruthlessly regardless of their position in the society.
"Under my leadership I will not allow anyone to grab public utility under my watch. It is sad that I cannot construct roads because someone has grabbed it. My friend you either return it peacefully or I come for your neck," he said in Eldoret town, Monday.

He reiterated his government’s commitment of improving on turn-around time for approval of building plans and deal with corruption in the department.
"We also intend to devolve collection of languages to the lowest administrative unit that will constitute an urban board,Town Management committee and establish a County Housing Corporation," noted governor Mandago.
He, however, warned corrupt and lazy county employees saying they risk loosing their jobs.
