Nyamira Governor John Nyagarama has bashed Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang'i over his persistent defiance to court orders.

And even after Matiang'i was fined Sh200, 000, Nyagarama accused the minister of creating a 'bad precedence'.

"Nobody is special including myself.  We must at all times adhere to court ordersorders," he said. 

He added: "We all have an obligation to respect the rule of all at times."

The super minister has been widely blamed over tribulations lawyer Miguna Miguna is undergoing.

Even with Miguna's deportation, Matiang'i has vowed that he may continue defying court orders for him to work.
