Nyamira Governor John Nyagarama is now set to face another court tussle as a section of youths from the area vowed to sue him for appointing his son to run a powerful post in the county government.
According to the youth the governor's move is unconstitutional and they wont take it anymore but instead they will ensure that the law takes its course.
Led by Enock Manyisa at a Nyamira Hotel, the youths accused Nyagarama for promoting nepotism in the county and they wont allow that to go on.
"Nyagarama has been employing his relatives in the county and we have the evidence and we want to tell him that we are going to sue him for going against law and by promoting nepotism," he said
Their outcry comes at a time that the Governor allegedly appointed his son Momanyi Nyagarama as the Director Public Administration a move that has been received with mixed reactions.
