Nyamira Governor John Nyagarama now wants Jubilee leaders from the county to support his government for the sake of development.
For the last four months, Nyagarama has been handling a court case filed by Walter Nyambati that is seeking for nullification of his victory.
At Nyamaiya on Tuesday, Nyagarama urged his rivals to join hands and help develop the region that is perceived to be an ODM stronghold.
"We competed and people made decisions. It is time we drop this persistent politicking for the sake of our people.
"Our people needs development and that is what we should be focusing on. Political differences are not necessary," he said.
During August elections, Jubilee party scooped Kitutu Masaba and North Mugirango parliamentary seat besides winning Women Representative seat.
On its part, NASA won Borabu and West Mugirango apart from decisive victories in governorship and senatorial seat.
