The governor said that he was shocked to learn that billions had been wasted in military procurements at the expense of development in the counties.

''I have been struggling to make sure that residents of my county and then I learn that billions have been wasted in military procurements,'' Governor Nyong'o.

Professor Nyong'o was speaking today in an early morning television panel discussion.
