[Photo|Parliament of Kenya]Below is Busia Governor Sospeter Ojaamong's message, over the planned October 26th fresh presidential election, released, Thursday."Independent electoral and boundaries commission is dangerously divided and openly biased. The Commission has distinguished itself by its willingness to play puppet to Jubilee. IEBC fiercely resists its independence. It has refused any links to fairness. It is horribly corrupted and compromised beyond redemption. Chebukati is powerless against five Jubilee leaning commissioners who come to meetings to vote for the Jubilee position over each and every issue on the table as highlighted by Roselyn Akombe in her resignation letter. That is not an environment in which a clean election can be held. Chebukati should man up and resign. He should leave those shameless Commissioners to conduct Jubilee primaries next week to do so.What we need urgently is honest dialogue on a process that will guarantee us a clean and credible election that will satisfy all Kenyans. Without such we are wasting money and time on a process that will generate more heat than light. Instead of calling for negotiations in good faith and reaching agreements on these issues, Jubilee is calling for prayers, without action on their part. Let's all reject this nepotism. #NoElectionsOnthe26th."
