[Photo/James Ongwae]After the successful approval of Chief Officers and the County Secretary, Kisii County Governor James Ongwae has appointed them to serve in his government.The appointed have now set the ground for the implementation of Ongwae's second term pledge to serve the people of Kisii County. "My deputy H.E Joash Maangi and I will strive to ensure quick delivery of services to our people. We remain focussed in ensuring that the projects we started in 2013 are completed," Ongwae said after the appointments.For the applicants for the positions of the departments of Trade, Industry and Tourism; and Education; Labour and Manpower Development, he said they would be filled once the pending issues in those portfolios are resolved.The appointed members are: Administration, Corporate Services and Stakeholders Management:1. Administration, Enforcement and Devolved Units – Mogire Geoffrey Nyanusi (Bonchari).2. Stakeholder Management, Public Participation and Disaster Management – Dr Nyokangi Doris Nyangoge (South Mugirango).Finance and Economic Planning: 1. Finance and Accounting Services – Ochoki Beatrice Moraa (Bobasi). 2. Planning and Economic Planning – Ochengo Alrfred Auma (Kitutu Chache North).Agriculture, Livestock. Fisheries and Veterinary Services: 1. Agriculture and Cooperate Development – Mokaya Naomi Nyanchama (Bomachoge Chache). 2. Fisheries, Livestock and Veterinary Services – Dr Mokaya Alphanus Osoro (Kitutu Chache South).Culture, Sports, Youth and Social Services:1.
