[Photo/CGKK]Kakamega Governor Wycliffe Oparanya on Tuesday toured several areas of Lugari sub-county, accompanied by area MP Ayub Savula among other local leaders.He inspected governor's residence' construction which is ongoing at Panpaper, and later made an impromptu visit at KMTC Lugari Campus in Lumakanda.The ODM deputy leader also donated a bus to Lugari Boda boda Cooperative group at Lugari Station. "This will improve their daily earning thus reduction in unemployment amongst our youth," he said.Earlier during his visit at Kipkarren market, Oparanya ordered the contractor concerned to stop any continuity at the market for a shoddy job."The minister concerned through his committee with immediate effect will source for a new Contractor to make sure the work is well done and complete in time. We can't joke around with tax payers money any more," he warned.
