He said that the Kamba community will not allow to be swayed by leaders who have not done much to change their lives. He also said that the recent tour by the President and his Deputy William Ruto will not change the political situation of this part of the nation as we head to the elections in August.
The county boss, who is defending his post, said that the duo only visited the region to re-launch projects of the past regimes with the aim of hoodwinking residents to back them for the second term in office.
"They only came to Mwingi North to re-launch projects which were initiated by Kalonzo,” he said as quoted by Star.
The outspoken lawmaker also said that only Wiper Party Leader Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka can save the community from poverty and other problems experienced in Ukambani. "Don't fall for bait. Let Jubilee use them but make sure we maintain our stands on the general election," Malombe said.
The Wiper county boss added: "We cannot be used like that. Kalonzo is the only Kamba savior and we should make sure he gets the top seat."
