Mandera County Governor Ali Roba has launched a programme to increase voter numbers in Jubilee in the county ahead of the repeat of presidential polls.

Roba vowed to deliver 100 percent turnout in the county to ensure that president Uhuru Kenyatta win in the October 26 repeat of presidential elections.

"The programme aims to mobilize those who didn't vote and who did to turnout in large numbers to vote for Jubilee. A door to door campaign will be done in the deep grassroots to achieve 100 percent voter turnout," he said.

He dismissed claims that there will be a constitutional crisis if NASA presidential candidate Raila Odinga boycotts the fresh polls.

"Uhuru is still the president if Raila boycotts he still remains the president. There will be no crisis," he noted.
