Speaking on Saturday on the sidelines of a Nasa campaign rally in his Bomet turf,the Chama cha Mashinani (CCM) party leader defended his coalition saying their campaign funds is beyond reproach.
The former council of governors chairman said Nasa was being funded through contributions from friends who were commited to see it form the next government.
"We get our money from friends and these individuals are committed to our cause.They want to see Nasa form the next government," he said.
Deputy president William Ruto told Nasa a week ago to stop talking about corruption arguing they wete being funded by funds looted through the Anglo Leasing Scandals.
"I want to tell the opposition that they have no moral authority to talk about corruption in this country because all their money,all the choppers they are moving aroind with are paid by money stolen from the Anglo Leasing scandal," he said.
