Bomet Governor Isaac Rutto made dramatic return to opposition NASA campaigns after nearly a month out of action.
The CCM leader has been missing from major rallies held by the coalition across the country with analysts saying that he was keen with grassroots campaigns.
In Narok on Wednesday, Rutto said he was confident that the opposition team will scoop many elective seats across the country to stabilize its impending leadership.
“I am sure that NASA is winning but we have to ensure proper representation in elective seats across the country. Jubilee is tired and this is the time to take them home.
“Figures do not lie and I am seeing NASA controlling all aspects of governance including elective seats. Ensure we send NASA candidates to parliament and assemblies,” he said.
In the Rift Valley, he outspoken governor has waged an onslaught against DP William Ruto whom he accuses of dictatorship.
While governor Rutto is keen to have Raila Odinga elected, DP Ruto has since endorsed reelection of President Uhuru Kenyatta.
