Nakuru Governor Lee Kinyanjui must be smiling as Senator Susan Kihika and Bahati MP Kimani Ngunjiri renew their rivalry following the Solai dam tragedy.
Kinyanjui, who will be facing stiff competition from Kihika in 2022, is secretly smiling after he found someone who can politically deconstruct Kihika on his behalf.
The reserved governor knows well that Ngunjiri is a politician 'hooligan' he can rely on to take on Kihika.
Kinyanjui and Kihika have not been the best of political friends since 2017 and the vibrant senator is laying ground to face the county boss in 2022.
Political observers argue that the governor does not have the political muscles to take on Kihika, he will be banking on people like Ngunjiri to take on Kihika.
