Embattled Nairobi County Governor Mike Sonko has suffered yet another PR nightmare in the form of a survey done on the major cities in Kenya.
Governor Sonko took the third position with a 44% (D+) in the survey conducted by Trends and Insights For Africa (TIFA) with Governors Nyong'o and Joho taking the first and second positions, scoring 56% and 53% respectively.
The TIFA scorecard appears to lend credence to claims that the Nairobi County government has failed to address the issues that the county has been grappling with.
It comes in the context of mounting pressure on the governor over his performance which his critics have termed deplorable.
Sonko on his part has maintained that he is doing the best for the county to reclaim its lost glory.
The survey adds to the blitz of negative PR that the Sonko-led administration has been battling hard to fend off.
