A photo of Kirinyaga Governor Ann Waiguru has gone viral.

The photo, taken during the Council of Governors conference in Diani, features Waiguru and hordes of male governors who are onstensibly ogling at her.

The photo, whose initial source is not yet clear, became an instant stir online as netizens dubbed the male governors Team Mafisi.

Team Mafisi is a slang for a group of men who lust for young petite women.

Waiguru, with her young looks, and trendy dressing of fitting dresses obviously left many admiring her.
