Ahead of a National Super Alliance rally set to take place in Eldoret on Wednesday, Governor Jackson Mandago claims competitors plan to disrupt the rally.

Mandago believes youths have been hired to wear branded t-shirts in an attempt to disrupt the rally.

Ironically, Ezekiel Bundotich claimed a similar conspiracy was hatched and believes it would have tarnished his reputation had it been successful.

The rally is set to be hosted at Eldoret's 64 Stadium by NASA flag bearer Raila Odinga and police have been notified.

"If youths planning to disrupt Baba's rally come, let them be arrested immediately," Mandago said as reported by The Star.

Bundotich and Mandago have made headlines over their recent campaigns for the gubernatorial seat.

Ahead of the August 8 elections Mandago has requested that the local law enforcement arrest those circulating hate leaflets.

DCI officers have been organized to down those behind the flyers warning Kikuyu’s to vote in favor of Mandago or reap the consequences.
