Ahamednasir twitted, referring to Aukot."Grand Mullah! I conceded defeat but i never validated the wrongs. See you at the Supreme Court we canvass real issues," Aukot replied.Grand Mullah who also represented Uhuru in the 2013 presidential election petition against Opposition leader Raila Odinga, went ahead and said: "@EAukot...Daktari called me on phone and said he wants to have his day in the Supreme Court to show Kenyans "how his votes were stolen"Aukot immediately countered him and reiterated:"Nomad @ahmednasirlaw, I said to you that I want to claim my stolen votes and the fraud that is @IEBCKenya, your client.""I am actually wondering why my intent to be enjoined is of any interest. Katiba allows any kenyan including myself to protect Katiba," he added, Monday.
