Gusii elders have disowned Interior CS Fred Matiang'i in his recent remarks against the judiciary and instead asked him to work with it.
They said that it was unfortunate that the Chief Justice David Maraga were exchanging with Dr Matiang'i yet they hail from the same community.
"The two leaders should work together and help in improving lives of the people from the Abagusii community," said James Matundura, an elder.
He argued that the only way the people from the Abagusii community will benefit from the Government was by working together.
This comes just a day after CJ David Maraga rubbished off claims by the CS that the Judiciary was working in cahoots with a group of opposition leaders to frustrate the Government.
CJ Maraga instead asked the CS to appeal if he felt that decisions made by the Judiciary were not satisfying.
