A section of Gusii elected leaders has now called upon Jubilee to ensure that they select at least two nominees to EALA.
Led by Nyaribari Chache member of Parliament Richard Tong'i the leaders said they deserve it as they made sure that Uhuru Kenyatta won from Nyanza despite the fact that it being perceived to be a NASA zone.
Speaking at a church event on Sunday Tong'i said they've agreed and written a letter to the president and his deputy to ensure that Jubilee MPs select former CIC chairman Charles Nyachae and Doris Aburi.
"Its time for Jubilee to reward Gusii region for the good efforts that we placed to ensure they get majority votes from the region and we want the president to spearhead the selection of the two who were nominated from the region," said Tong'i.
The MP said the duo are qualified and they deserve the seats to spearhead development in the region.
